So I did it! I put on 6 pounds again!
Here’s how I did it? No exercise,poor diet choices, skipping meals, and alcohol.
Oh yes, I take full responsibility for this happening to my body. I don’t like it one bit, but I’ve got to own it.
Here’s what I’ve learned from losing 10 pounds and putting back 6:
1. I NEED to exercise! ( I’m not 20 anymore, ouch)
2. I NEED to eat breakfast. I do believe this was a huge help in raising my metabolism.
3. I CANNOT snack after dinner! What the hell am I suppose to do?
4. 1 glass of wine means 1 glass, not one more, and more.
So, I confess, I fell off the wagon, but I will not be defeated. As God as my witness, I will wear a swimsuit this summer and not shudder! I’m ready to begin the work again. Stay with me folks!
