Day 2: Tracy Anderson’s 30-Day Method: The Weight-Loss Kick-Start that Makes Perfection Possible
Well, I can’t explain it, but I felt different this morning. I stepped on the scale just for chuckles and of course in one day I lost no weight. I’m not surprised, but like I said I felt different. Then I put my pants on and wow, they were comfortable. The pants I wore the day before that were snug weren’t. It is so not my imagination. So, I must have definitely tightened up a bit.
this was my breakfast. The turkey,tomato and avocado were supposed to be rolled in the lettuce, but I only had tiny leaves so I just put it on top. I thought it was very good, definitely not something I would normally eat for breakfast, but good. I don’t feel as bad as I thought I would, but I do feel it all over my body.
I decided that I needed to wear a knee brace to do this program. So I’m going to give it a try today. I’m also waiting till after lunch this time to exercise. So, it’s lunch, blog, then exercise. Let’s see how that pans out.
The exercise today- grueling. I had a hard time with some of the muscle work. Then the cardio- uhhhhhhh. I did it, but -When is this going to get easier? At least I didn’t feel like I was going to throw up today, now that’s a plus. To the shower I went.
I forgot to take pictures of lunch and dinner. Maybe because I was sooooo hungry. This food thing is tough. Dinner I actually didn’t like so I fed it to my husband. He loved it! I went to bed at 9. I just couldn’t stay awake anymore!
I do however feel that during the day I was more energized. I also felt like I was on a mission to do this workout. Stay tuned for more torture.
