Yes, I did. I bought this dress. I’m not really sure what I was thinking. Well, I kind of am. Here is the deal, I thought it would be fun. Not a sexy fun, but a funny fun. I picked this outfit because everything was covered up and I thought the kids and I would have a good time playing dress up. The reality, not so much.
I bought the larger size so it wouldn’t be porny. The kids did laugh when I ran down the stairs in this get up. We did giggle and laugh about it as they called me Mrs. Claus. My husband didn’t think it was too funny. He wanted to know where I was going to wear this outfit. I told him I thought it would be a good goof. He still wasn’t too sure about it.Turns out he was right.
I tried to convince my sister to get one and then we’d buy my niece (18) one and we could wear them on Christmas. She wasn’t going for it. I began to be discourage and didn’t even ask my niece. Then, I thought I’d wear it at my house on Christmas Eve. Since it was my husbands family coming over he didn’t think they’d get the humor. I wasn’t quite sure, but then after everyone left I was glad I didn’t wear it.
So, now it hangs in my closet hoping for a life maybe next year. What did you buy this holiday season that you wish you didn’t?
Please forgive me for laughing. Hey, you tried and thought it would be funny. I applaud you for the word “porny” and for sharing this embarrassing moment with the world. I would have liked photos though.

I do have to say, that is a little much to wear in public….too short to be Mrs. Claus–like. Maybe try it with black tights and it wouldn’t scream SEXY?
LOL! I bought it one size bigger. It is longer and loose not tight like in the photo. Trust me, I was not looking sexy. I’d say cute maybe. Oh, well at least I tried.
