I’m so sad to see the ladies go that I thought they deserved an official goodbye from me. Ladies, you have made me strive to be fabulous in ways people couldn’t imagine. Really, who wouldn’t want to wear great clothes, be thin and drink wine while a little scandal is going on right down the lane! Here is my personal tribute to these amazing ladies:
Lynette, you are the one that most housewives can connect with because we are mostly like you! We left our high profile jobs to care for our families and look like a truck ran us over most of the time. Then we pull it all together are a complete knock out when it’s time to go out. A little bit of a control freak, but in a smart way you are in charge of your household. My favorite Lynette moment: When you danced on top of the bar and took over happy hour in order to get your boss to stop using you as her wingman!
Gabby, what can I say, but we all sometimes wish we were a size 00 super model! Fast cars, good looks, lots of cash, a big heart, but a bit of a snobby attitude. Sure, you had an affair with teenage gardener, but everyone makes mistakes. My favorite Gabby moment: When you went head to head with that nun in church! Seriously, who else could beat up a nun. I mean you pushed that guy in the wheelchair out into traffic when you stole his handicapped parking spot!
Bree, you make having OCD look so good. You are the perfect Stepford wife. Everything that a housewife should be, you embody. My favorite Bree moment: When she went to the doctor after having her first orgasm because she didn’t know what had happened to her. Talk about uptight!
Susan, you are a classic mess. Funny, bright, a klutz, but so believable as the housewife next door. Too bad you forced your daughter to grow up sooner than she should, maybe things would have ended better for her. At least your there to help now that poor Mike is gone. That really broke my heart. I always liked Mike. My favorite Susan moment: When she locked herself out of the house naked and Mike found her in the bushes!
Yes, there have been other housewives on the lane, but these are my girls. Adios ladies! I’m pouring a glass of wine for you right now!

LOL, awww, its hard when a good series comes to a close. You feel as though you’ve lost your best friend for a bit. Admittedly I only watched the first series and bits of the second, but I remained a big fan of Bree. I adore her character!
