Two things things that my family love to do is entertain and have movie night. When I have family movie night I love to give my kids special treats that they can munch on picnic style in my living room. Mozzarella Sticks are a family favorite. I like Farm Rich Mozzarella Sticks because if you follow the package directions and cook them in the oven properly it’s like you just got take out from your favorite restaurant. They are crisp and have great tasting cheese that melts evenly. It’s a yummy choice that we all enjoy.
We tried for the first time Farm Fresh Mini Quesadillas. My boys weren’t too thrilled about trying these, but that’s not a surprise as they are not big on quesadillas. I got these for myself and the husband. Once again cooking them in the oven produced excellent results. They resembled the packaged and had a good filling to crust ratio. I would serve these at my next party. My husband preferred them with a salsa dip, but I thought they were fine just plain.
