This was a big hit with the kids! Finally I found a slow cooker meal that they actually loved exactly the way it is and even asked me to make it again! Here is my shortcut side also, I boiled a bunch of potatoes and placed in the fridge. All I need to do was heat them up and serve them up next to the BBQ chicken! It only takes a little pre-planning to get a nice hot, healthy meal ready in minutes. I also keep SteamFresh bags of veggies in my freezer at all times for a quick side of greens. There are no excuses to not have a cheap, healthy, home cooked meal. Here is the recipe, enjoy!
Crockpot BBQ Chicken
- 5-6 Chicken Breasts
- 1 12oz Bottle BBQ Sauce
- 1/2 Cup Italian Salad Dressing
- 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
- 2 TBS Worcestershire Sauce
Put chicken in freezer bag. Stir all the ingredients together in a bowl then pour into bag,
Cook on high for 3-4 hours
Low 6-8 hours.
