I blog. I have developed what I’d like to call Blogger Butt. It is something I’m battling with constantly. Then I got an email asking if I would like to try Break Pal. Break Pal is a program that you can download on your iPhone or desktop and it will give you a selection of exercise choices at timed intervals throughout the day. I’ll try anything to stay in shape. So here is how I felt about it:
At first, I found it annoying. The pop up box comes up and asks what type of exercise I’d like to do. Then I felt the guilt of hitting the give me 5 more minutes button or skip this exercise button. I needed the guilt. The annoying child telling me to stop and stretch has actually started to feel good. If you work at home or in an office this can be just the thing you need to jump start a healthy lifestyle. Now while it’s free to sign up and try you can win a lifetime membership here!
Good Luck! Giveaway ends January 30, 2013

Would *love* to try this!!!
I am an SLP and I could see my students and I really having fun with this. I need to do something as I am overweight. Need to loose almost 80 pounds and have high BP, low pulse and high cholesterol. With my lymphedema I am really swelling and need to move around more. This may be a good start for me to get me going and could be so much fun for the kids if we mix up the exercises they will always be wondering what is next. My fingers are crossed for this one!!!!!
I want to win this. I don’t have Blogger’s Butt, but I have Sitting Around Too Darn Much Butt, which is the same, only less productive.
