I blog. I have developed what I’d like to call Blogger Butt. It is something I’m battling with constantly. Then I got an email asking if I would like to try Break Pal. Break Pal is a program that you can download on your iPhone or desktop and it will give you a selection of exercise choices at timed intervals throughout the day. I’ll try anything to stay in shape. So here is how I felt about it:
At first, I found it annoying. The pop up box comes up and asks what type of exercise I’d like to do. Then I felt the guilt of hitting the give me 5 more minutes button or skip this exercise button. I needed the guilt. The annoying child telling me to stop and stretch has actually started to feel good.
