As I head into week 4 of being a Revolt Fitness blogger, I wanted to focus on a few tools that I believe helped me stay on track. I’m someone that does not have a lot of weight to lose, but is looking to firm up my body. I’m looking to lose that body fat that alot of moms think they can’t lose. Two of the most important tools for me have been measuring my body fat with the Fat Calipers and taking my measurements weekly. I know for most people if you aren’t losing a huge amount weight and you feel as if you are working so hard it can be discouraging. Losing weight quickly isn’t healthy and most people just put that weight back on within a matter of time. I know, I’m a serial dieter. Now, I’ve already talked about the importance of the clean eating meal plan on Revolt Fitness and how it changes the way you look at food. It also teaches you how to incorporate clean eating in your life for a healthy change.
The Fat Calipers have helped me realize that while I’m not dropping lots of weight my body is changing and becoming more firm. It actually has been amazing. When I wake up in the morning and feel like my stomach is becoming flatter I just want to get up and do more! My legs are more toned and can I just tell you, I’m really loving my butt! I know I would have quit if I wasn’t taking my measurements. After working so hard and only losing a pound here and there I would have let myself down by eating an entire pizza and saying it’s just not worth it. The truth is all in the numbers. Creator of Revolt Fitness, Nichole Huntsman has it down to a science. In the Revolt Fitness Start up Guide she gives you all the math you need to figure out where you are going to be and what you have to do to get there. So far I’m right on track! Are you ready for it?
