I knew I was in on the beginning of something great being a blogger for Revolt Fitness. I certainly was right! For the last six weeks I have been reporting to you about my experiences with Revolt Fitness and now I have more news for you. This has been the start of a new 6 week Uprising with Revolt and founder Nichole Huntsman told us it was going to be new and improved. We had taken a survey and given feedback and what we liked and didn’t like about the program. Well, those comments went to work right away. I am loving the new videos and workouts. I didn’t think it would be possible, as a fan of the original, but Nichole has kicked it up a notch.
New Features in Revolt Fitness:
Now with every video you get Nichole demonstrating ALL the moves at the beginning of the circuit for all 3 fitness levels. Not only does this ensure that you are doing the moves correctly, but let’s you see how you can modify the moves for your level. I mix it up a bit and do level 2 and a few level 3 moves, but honestly the workouts have gotten tougher and I did a level 1 move this week. (Shh) After the demo the video features the level 2 workout. The editing has gotten better and they have added music which I like as well. You still get a printout of the weeks workouts, but now you can get the entire 6 week package at once. Before we were getting them a week at a time. The package also explains many important details about the workout such as how many sets you should be doing and how heavy your weights should be. This is truly an awesome tool to have in advance. You can take this workout anywhere with you! Also I have found that the workouts have gotten a bit harder, which is a good thing if you have a short amount of time to workout these will bring you in the fat burning zone and keep you there.
Another improvement which I am a big fan of is that we will also be getting the entire 6 weeks worth of meals. Once again we would get them every week and it was difficult to shop and plan. As of yet it’s still not available, but it’s coming and I’m so excited! Nichole remains accessible online for questions and we just keep plugging away. Okay, so you want to know where I’m at right? On my first week of the new Uprising and my first full week back after being sick I have lost 1 pound! I haven’t taken my measurements but I see big changes in my body and my body fat. Total weight loss is 7 pounds now. On a side note, I don’t have much weight to lose so 1 pound a week is actually my goal. I’m looking to tone and tighten and be healthy. All of those things have been happening for me thanks to Revolt Fitness.
