I’m a bit late keeping you posted on my workout and diet program. As you know I have been blogging for Revolt Fitness for about 8 weeks now, and so much has changed for me since I started. First, I have lost about 7 pounds and 10 inches. You might not think that’s much weight, but I wasn’t over weight when I started. When I began Revolt Fitness I was tired and flabby, I did a good job hiding my imperfections with my clothes. Or so I thought, until recently people have started complementing me on how good I look. Looking back at photos maybe I didn’t do such a good job hiding my unfavorite body parts, but I’m starting to show them off now. I have certainly tightened and toned. This past week was the first week were people have noticed and it makes me feel good. I have been watching other people transform their bodies in a matter of weeks. It’s amazing what you have the power to do when you set your mind towards a goal, have support and good planned system to work. That is what Revolt Fitness is all about.

You get a new workout every week, complete with instructions, video and a printed PDF version if you’d like to take it to the gym with you. The free day has become quite a challenge for me since I’ve been eating so healthy the bad stuff I want to devour just doesn’t taste so good anymore. That is becoming a good thing. I’ve stopped looking at a menu and going, “Oh what the hell I’ll have…..(insert greasy item.)”
Revolt Fitness has become a lifestyle choice for me. I can’t imagine not doing it. My perspective has changed about my life and I have even bought some new clothes and sassy shoes to go with it! I’m not going to lie and say it’s been easy and that I haven’t slipped because that would be lying. I will say that it’s all been worth it and I’m a work in progress. It really is an amazing program and you can’t beat everything that you get for the price. The support board is great and Nichole Huntsman is on everyday answering questions and supporting people. She truly cares about her work.Let me know if yu give it a try- I’ll see you on the boards!
