A while back I posted about my experience with Old El Paso Frozen Entrees, you can stop by and visit my post HERE. I’m excited to get to write about them again. Sometimes I review products and fall in love, sometimes in like and sometimes I simply forget about them. Not in this case! I have purchased Old El Paso Frozen Entrees several times after my review. The entrees are made for 2 servings. This is perfect for a snack or a quick meal for two when adding sides. You can celebrate Cinco de Mayo anytime now!
My favorite is the Chicken Quesadillas! When I say snack item, I mean I like to pop one of these in the microwave and go. I figured out just the right time and they maintain some crispness. My husband and son enjoy them as well. I still wish they would make a vegetarian option. My youngest son is a vegetarian and I’m sure a nice bean burrito would make his day. I started keeping these yummy dishes in my freezer as a change from pizza. They are fast, fun and delicious. For dinner I serve them up with a side of rice and chips and salsa to start! You can celebrate any night of the week!
Old El Paso has eight different entrees; fajitas, enchiladas and burritos. Look for them in the freezer aisle of your grocery store. Let me know what you think!
