Our Red Robin Visit:
Well, before we went for our visit I signed up for the Burgers Better Schools program through the Red Robin Royalty program. I picked our school and off we went!
The kids had fun playing a geography game on their placemats. My oldest always orders off the regular menu, but it’s half and half with my youngest. We always grab a children’s menu just in case. Ordering appetizers was the easy part for us. In addition to their usual menu they do offer some special so we went with an order of the Great Northern Poutine and the Towering Onion Rings from their regular menu. Then I was full! LOL!
My youngest actually chose something off the adult menu. He’s a vegetarian and lucky for us Red Robin has a Garden Burger! My husband chose a more traditional favorite the Uber Burger. He’s been trying to eat better so he chose a side of steamed broccoli to go with his burger! Red Robin has bottomless fries that could be dangerous!
My oldest son and I chose chicken as our protein. I LOVED my Ensenada Chicken Platter. You can make it lighter by choosing only one breast of chicken, but I love leftovers so I went for the whole thing! Loved it just as much the second time around.
My son picked the Banzai Salad. There’s something special about the citrus-ale dressing It’s teriyaki chicken with mixed greens, carrots, parsley and almonds with grilled pineapple and mandarin oranges! It comes with garlic toast and a citrus-ale dressing.
What I’m loving most? The touch screens at each table. ( Which of course I forgot to take a picture.) You can use your Red Robin Royalty card/ email and log in. You can order another round of drinks and even pay your bill without waiting for your server! Then have your receipt emailed to you. It’s brilliant!
