  When I received an invite to review the show, The Firework Maker's Daughter, I wasn't so sure that my two little boys would be interested in seeing an opera. I was wrong. Once again I had one of those moments of surprise as a parent. My boys 9 and 7 sat at the edge of their seats paying attention to every detail. I was amazed.   The family and I were back in NYC at one of my favorite theaters, The New Victory, for a performance of THE INTERGALACTIC NEMISIS. Book 1: Target Earth is the first in a series of live-action graphic novels created by Jason Neulander. Rapture, Blister, Burn and Playtime!

My husband were treated to Gina Gionfriddo's play Rapture, Blister, Burn at the Playwrights Horizons Theater this past Saturday. It was definitely another hit for us. At first my husband was a bit unsure if this show was form him. My family and I got to enjoy a lovely Sunday at The Magnet Theater watching and interacting with the pirates in Help Wanted: Pirates!
