Vegetarian Taco Salad Bowls

Easily changed to a meat option and fun for kids!Inexpensive and you can hold the dish right in your hand!
Ingredients
  • 6 Flour Tortillas
  • 12-16 ounce package of ground TVP (Textured Vegetable Protein)
  • 1 Package of Taco Seasoning
  • ½ can of Refried Beans
  • 8 ounces Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Your choice of toppings: I used tomatoes, lettuce, guacamole and taco sauce
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Cook vegetable protein according to package instructions.
  3. While that's cooking spray a bake bowl pan with cooking spray add one flour tortilla to each bowl.
  4. Cook for about 10 minutes, until browned and crisp.
  5. Add taco seasoning to protein according to package instructions.
  6. Fill each tortilla bowl with refried beans, protein and your choice of toppings.
  7. Voila!
