I recently had the opportunity to test DryPro’s Waterproof Leg Protector. My husband is my model! This allows you to swim, shower, and bathe with a cast or bandage on and protect it. My husband had surgery on his arm back in October and we really could have used this product. I spent so much time and resources (plastic bags and tape) to protect his arm during a shower.
1. First you slide it on over the cast or bandage. The top should be smooth against the skin.
2. Pump out the air. You keep pumping until all the air is out. Then you pull the pump off and seal the safety cap. Wait about 5 minutes before going into the water. As long as the Dry Pro stays vacuumed sealed it is completely watertight.
Success! It remained watertight.
Step 3. Slide it off. You might need some help with this one depending on your injury. Simply lift up the cuff to let the air back in. It will now be loose and you’ll be able to slide it off.
I’m so glad that we learned about this company. Especially since our past experience with my husbands surgery and with having two very active little boys, you never know what can happen. They also offer a 90 day warranty from any defects.
