Life has not been working for me lately. I can’t seem to get things done. There never is enough time. This groove goes back and forth in life and right now I’m in a rut. I’m going to try to put together the mom control panel. My plan is to make a plan or calendar something to help organize my family and my life in a better way. Today I’m also starting a new health program- i know, I know yawn I’ve been there before, but someday I’ll find my groove. So, I’ll keep you posted on my new 30 day program.
So for now, I want to go back to something that I really found helpful both time wise and financially-the meal plan. So I’m going to start doing my meal plans again for the week. Truly they helped with time, keeping me focused and using what I already have available. In turn all that saves us money.
So here it is:
Monday Meal Plan:
Mon. Leftover Night ( this is how I can recoup from the weekend)
Tues. Spinach Stuffed Shells (I use vegan cheese and cottage cheese)
Wed. Shrimp with Peppers and Rice
Thurs. Butternut Squash and Apple soup with Swiss Chard Quiche (all non-dairy)
Fri: Black Bean Tacos , Veggie Enchiladas, and Spanish Rice
The weekend is always a mess so I’ll leave it at that! Once I get my control panel together I’ll post it. There has to way and I will find it!
