I love this picture of me! I’m a bit of a nut job sometimes and I own it. So, I bet your wondering, How is project me going? Well, walking down the stairs this morning was a bit of a challenge. Can you say sore? How is it possible to be so sore and have not lifted a weight? I think Tracy Anderson is the best for a reason, even though her workout is enough to make me use the f-word several times, I feel great. After getting the kids ready I actually felt more mobile and ready to workout. I’m surprised I was actually able to make it through the workout considering how I was feeling when I woke up. Since it’s a bootcamp, I’ll be working out everyday. I’m up to 20 reps on most of the mat work. The goal is 60. Ten minutes of cardio and then on day 4 up to 20, it might not sound like much, but then you don’t know Tracy. By the time I’m through I should be doing about 90 minutes of non stop cardio- yep, I said it. Here is a peak at Tracy and one of her clients, Nicole Ritchie!
I’m tired just thinking about it. How did the rest of my day go? Not bad, once again I didn’t have enough time for my blog and I’ll be working tonight. That is due to the fact that I volunteer at my son’s school today not because of the workout. Nothing like taking 24 Kindergarteners to the computer lab! Wow, is all I can say. I’ve also decided that I hate my hair. It’s growing out and I look like I have an old lady mullet. Not exactly confidence building stuff here. A quick consult with my hairdresser should clear this up.
The results of day 2:
Pros:
I made it through the entire workout
I slept like a rock
I have a huge amount of energy
A positive response about “Project Me”
Cons:
My abs hurt when I cough or laugh
Tuesdays are tight because I volunteer
I have an old lady mullet
