So, why, why, why can’t there be a workout without squats and lunges!? Maybe yesterdays choice wasn’t the best one, so I’m picking a new workout for today and trying to avoid squats. Unfortunately that was not the case, stupid squats! I had to keep going because if I searched for another workout I know I would never continue. I think I’ll have to go back to Tracy’s Method. I did realize one important fact today. You have to be uncoordinated to do aerobics. Yes, I said it and I’m ready for angry comments, but seriously these moves are so robotic. I just can’t get them. That’s why I don’t do organized dance at events. You know, like the electric slide and such. I feel that only people that can’t dance love those dances. After the aerobic fiasco in my living room, I felt I needed more cardio so I found a Dance it Off video on Netflix. This is when it all made sense to me! I can follow intricate choreography, but stumble and look like I’m having a siezure when I do aerobics. I’m a good dancer-there I said it. Tracy I think you have me back.
I made the mistake of eating an English Muffin today which caused me ( I believe) stomach cramps. I don’t get it, first I’m gluten intolerant then I’m not. Bad gluten! I’m still working out this food thing. They say I have no allergies now after all this testing, but something is just not right. Still working on this part I’m afraid. I wish I could just have all my meals delivered. I suppose almost everyone does.
I still need more time to write. I feel as if all I’m doing is writing things for everyone else, but not for me. I think after the holidays this will even out for me. I want to make money, yet write about what I really want to write about.
I was able to get some laundry done, put it away and clean the dining room. Oh, and the porch also! My husband actually noticed, this was a good thing.
My knee hurts, stupid squats!
