I really need this book! I’m adding the lessons I’m learning here to Project Me. Spontaneous Happiness by Andrew Weil, M.D. is an eight week program for optimum emotional well-being. Who couldn’t use that? Being it’s the holiday season and being completely overwhelmed I have not had a chance to read through my copy, but only glance at it. This is a book that I need to read and absorb. It can’t be rushed. It is written in Dr. Weil’s style of medical and holistic knowledge. It’s an easy read with much information about retraining your mind for happiness. The book also contains a diet and additional reading information.
