Family Fun With The Harlem Globetrotters #GlobieFamily

February 6, 2013 By Milena Barrett

We can’t wait to go see The Harlem Globetrotters this February at Madison Square Garden. I remember being a child and seeing the commercials on TV and wanting to go so bad! Now, not only do I get to actually see them, but I get to take my boys as well. They are so excited. It seems like everytime I mention to someone that we are going they have a story about The Harlem Globetrotters. Some like me have always wanted to go, others remember seeing them as a child, and some from being on television shows like Gilligans Island. I can’t think of anything better to do as a family than seeing a show like this one.

“The Harlem Globetrotters love seeing families laugh together during our games, and would love to see your family when we come to a city near you. If you’re looking for an awesome event the whole family will enjoy, get your tickets to the Harlem Globetrotters “You Write the Rules” tour. Your family’s smiles will start before you even get to the game because this year, your family can vote at harlemglobetrotters.com, and decide rules for the game like two balls in play at the same time that could affect the final outcome. After the game, Globetrotters will stay on court to sign autographs and take photographs with your kids. The only thing better than finding an event the whole family will enjoy, is getting a great deal on it. Save $7 per ticket* by using the promo code “TOGETHER“. Get ready to experience a show your family will remember for a lifetime! *Discount available on select ticket levels”

I love giving my kids the gift of an experience. It is something they can hold on to long after time has past. Personally, I prefer spending money on experiences than toys. They really do last a lifetime. I certainly found that out when friends recalled their memories of seeing the Harlem Globetrotters. I can’t wait to make my own.

Disclosure: I am part of the Harlem Globetrotters Affiliate program. I was given tickets to see the show. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
