When I received an email a few weeks ago asking if I would be interested in being a fitness blogger for Revolt Fitness I felt as if a prayer had been answered. I swear I woke up one morning and realized that I was living in a body that was unfamiliar, that I was tired, that I was unmotivated. I didn’t know what to do. Then I got the email. So, I decided to investigate and see if this is something I could commit to doing for 12 weeks. Here is what I found:
Revolt Fitness
Revolt Fitness is the brain child of Nichole Huntsman. (more on Nichole later) At first I was a bit intimidated when I saw her before and after photos, and thought to myself, “She must be joking that I could look even close to that!” Then I heard Nichole’s story and the more I learned the more I began to relate to her. It took her years to put this program together and now she’s taking the guess work out of it for us. When you sign up for Revolt Fitness you not only get daily workout delivered to you, but a weekly meal plan. If you think that you can get anywhere by just exercising or just being on a diet you are wrong. I should know, as I have tried both. This program ties it all together. The diet is by far the easiest and most filling than I’ve ever tried in my life. She also breaks the diet down between men and women and by weigh and what you would like to lose. It’s very personalized. All meals are made on one day for the week and take about one hour to prepare. This is a program anyone can do. The exercise is about 30 minutes. It’s fast and furious and will make you sweat. It’s also different everyday so you won’t get bored and your muscle will have to work harder. Okay, I’m in. This it my life changer.

After completing my first week of the 6 week Uprising I have lost 3 pounds, 5 inches throughout my body and about 1-2% body fat. I love the diet. I feel full and healthy. I can’t believe how much I accomplished this week and it was tough. I have two boys and several commitments, but I made it work, even when I ate my meal in the car with my hands! Each week I’ll feature a different component of the program. So, stay tuned and hopefully I’ll have a before and after photo to share with you.

Oh no, were you the one who posted eating steak with her fingers in the car on facebook? if not did you see that :). Congrats on the awesome loss! I lost a couple lbs but I haven’t measured inches yet. I need to do that!
