* I blog for Revolt Fitness.
I can’t believe I made it this far. According my past history I should have quit last week, but history is starting to change. If you haven’t kept up with fitness experience with Revolt Fitness please checkout the Revolt Fitness tab on my home page and you can read my week by week progress and learn more about specific parts of the program. This week I want to share with you information about the workouts.
The Workout:
We workout five days a week on the program. Active rest is encouraged on rest days which are Wednesday and Sunday. Active rest can be yoga, walking, or even taking a well deserved nap if you need it. At the beginning of each week we get a downloadable PDF file of the workouts for the week. If you go to the gym you can simply print the workout and go. Since I workout at home, I wait for the daily workout videos delivered to my Revolt account. Yes, daily videos, so there is no boredom. Every day it’s something new, so your body never gets tired of doing the same routine. You can customize if you need to for your fitness level. The workouts are about 30 minutes, but if you are more advanced you can repeat and make it 60. I’m so amazed that working out in as little as 30 minutes a day has actually begun to reshape my body and give me energy. I love doing the workouts at home with Revolt founder Nichole Huntsman. I don’t feel as if I’m doing a workout video. I feel as if I’m on Skype with a friend working out together. She’s funny and real. I have never been so motivated. I just bought my first heart rate monitor and can’t wait to use it. Revolt Fitness is changing my life.
My Results for Week 4:
Surprisingly enough, I did not lose any weight this week, but I gained 2 pounds. I’m not freaking out yet because I already lost 1 according to the scale this morning and it’s very close to my period beginning. I also cheated a bit on the food because of Spring Break so I own it. The good news: I didn’t gain back any inches and although I didn’t lose any inches I still lost body fat! Remember last weeks post about the tools you need? Well, my fat calipers are my best friend now because without them I would have been discouraged. I lost body fat on both the triceps and bicep parts of my arm as well as my belly. A cranking two percent loss! If this keeps up I might shock you and share my before and after shots. I still have a lot of work to do, but I’m getting there. Hope when you are ready you’ll join me!
Disclosure: All thoughts are my own. I am participating in Revolt Fitness as a blogger and loving every minute of it!

I notice that when I am building muscle, I gain weight before losing it. I think it’s building muscle before the muscle burns the fat-that may explain the 2lb gain 😉 Congrats! Sounds like you’re doing great!

I keep reading this as Revolting Fitness. Do you think it’s Freudian? Keep up the good work, Milena!
