Being a blogger for Revolt Fitness these last 6 weeks has been an amazing experience. As someone that’s considered a serial dieter/fitness person I’ve learned alot about myself on this program. One thing that I learned is that when you find something that resonates with you and your life, you stick with it. That’s why I think Revolt Fitness has worked and is working for me. It’s easy to fit into my life and the food plan has helped me and my family make better choices. Check it out revoltnowfitness.com and see if it works for you. I love that it’s affordable so anyone can try it without dropping a load of cash. Here is my scoop for the week:
Week 6 Revolt Fitness: The First Uprising Ends
Well, it was bound to happen at some point, but I got sick this week. After 2 weeks of no weight loss or inches, I got sick. I had just gotten some advice from Nichole Huntsman, founder or Revolt, on how to break my plateau. Then I get strep throat! Sunday night I began feeling ill and woke up Monday morning with a fever and sore throat. I didn’t go to the doctor until Wednesday when my ear began to ache and I couldn’t swallow anything. That’s when I got my diagnosis, antibiotics and pain medication. I couldn’t follow the diet, as I barely ate and when I did it was soup. I did workout at the end of the week Friday, Saturday and Sunday. It was difficult making it through the workouts as I was not back to 100% of my health. So, needless to say I did not reach my goal for this first 6 weeks. I truly believe that I would have if I wasn’t sick, added the suggestions and stayed on the diet. I ended the first Uprising only 2 pounds shy of my goal weight. I’m happy with the results. I have lost 6 pounds now total! That’s a healthy weight loss of a pound a week. I also want to remind you that I am not overweight, so my weight loss is not going to be as dramatic as someone that has more weight to lose. My main goal is to tone and tighten. I have lost about 7-8% of my body fat so I am on my way. I didn’t measure myself at the end of this week because I thought it would be pointless considering my situation, but I did lose a pound.
So, I’m going for it and starting another Uprising this week. Plus Revolt had launched some new changes to their program I’ll share them with you next week. If you have any questions about Revolt Fitness feel free to send me an email at [email protected] or checkout their Facebook page!
Disclosure: Although I blo weekly for Revolt Fitness, all thoughts are my own.
