This is the end of week 5 of the Revolt Fitness Uprising. I have one week left before the next Uprising and I can’t wait. I’m stalled a bit, but not worried. This is the second week that I have not gotten any results and not from lack of trying. The reason that I’m not worried is because I have support from not only other members taking part in the Uprising, but from Nichole Huntsman, the creator of Revolt, herself.
This is what’s different than any other program I have tried. You are not alone. Revolt has a private group on Facebook where members can give each advice and encouragement. We talk about the diet, how we do it, what we like and don’t like and how we can help each other make it work. Nichole Huntsman is on the board daily and answers questions as well as personalizes advice. Where else do you get that? I think that’s why this program has been so successful for many. We hold each other up.
So, what am I going to do about my stalled weight loss? I messaged Nichole my measurements and she gave me some awesome advice on what I needed to do this week to pull it off. I feel hopeful in losing this last ten pounds because Revolt has been working for me. I love the diet plan and the workouts, but it’s the support that has made a big difference.
In 5 weeks I have lost: 5 lbs and 10 inches, plus 7% body fat total on my arms and belly.
