Everyone has been asking me about Revolt Fitness. I’ve been blogging for Revolt Fitness for just about 11 weeks now and I’ve made some great progress! If you’ve checked out my Revolt Fitness posts then you know I’m on my second Uprising. No more before picture body for me! I know that a few of you have been curious to find out more about Revolt and it’s founder Nichole Huntsman, but have been weary about committing. That’s one week of workouts, one week of meal planning and the Getting Started guide which has been my bible since I began. As I’ve said before there are 3 fitness levels to each workout and also different levels of meals for both males and females. Plus a private supportive community of participants to share your struggles and answer your questions and well, just plan talk! I finally broke my plateau, but it goes back and forth between 3 pounds. I now know that if I follow the plan and work a bit harder I can make it. I just know that I can. Even though I won’t be making my goal when this Uprising ends I’m still going to continue. I missed work outs, I was sick and well you know, but I’m still proud of my results. I have learned how to eat properly and have made exercise a part of my daily life. You can too. Looking back at these pictures I couldn’t believe how big and bloated I looked.
No, there was no baby in there! A poor diet and food allergies caused me to bloat. I felt full all the time. It was awful. I’m still amazed when I wake up and my tummy is flat. I have more confidence and actually like having my picture taken now. I’m sorry I couldn’t wear the same top as I donated it soon after I caught site of myself in these photos. Yuck!
I don’t know if I’ll feel confident enough to be strutting around in my bikini this Summer , but I have hope. If this 40 plus year old mom of two can find 30 minutes a day to do something special for herself so can you. It’s only about 2% of your day! Take the pictures! I didn’t take enough pictures in the beginning and I regret it now! Have faith in yourself . Let me know if you give Revolt a try!

I’ve only been doing Revolt 4 weeks now and I am starting to really notice a difference in the way I look and feel. I haven’t lost a lot of weight but my legs & stomach feel toner which is pretty awesome in my book!
