Easy Pancake Recipe

My basic mix that you can add and change to make your own. Servings will vary depending on pancake size. ( I usually double this batch.)
  • Butter, oil, or non-stick cooking spray ( Your choice)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 TBS sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • Fresh Ground Cinnamon to taste ( optional)
  1. Preheat cooking surface with butter. ( Or other choice)
  2. Mix all of the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
  3. In a smaller bowl, beat your egg and milk.
  4. Pour liquid ingredients in dry mix and combine until smooth.
  5. Add any extras if you wish. ( Fruit, chocolate chips, vanilla, cinnamon...)
  6. Pour, scoop or ladle unto hot griddle and brown on both sides.
