Bagel Breakfast Casserole: A Make Ahead Recipe

- 4 Everything Bagels, toasted and chopped
- 6 Large Eggs
- 2 Cups Milk
- 4Oz Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
- 4 Pieces of cooked bacon, chopped, or crumbled
- 4 Green Onions sliced
- Spray cooking spray on bottom of 2.5 quart casserole dish.
- Whisk together eggs and the other ingredients in a large bowl.
- Add salt and pepper to your taste.
- Pour mixture over bagels making sure to press down and cover most of the bagels.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Uncover dish and cook until eggs are set. About 45-55 minutes.
- Let cool about 10 minutes before serving.
