Wow, The holidays are just coming to a close and I feel as if I’ll be able to breathe soon. Now that the Christmas aftermath is over I move on to my son’s birthday and then New Years and then- ahhhhh salvation!
So, once again I really don’t have a meal plan for this week. This is what my week looks like:
Monday: Kathy’s Best Slow Cooker Chicken with a side of broccoli
Tuesday: TBD ( I’m planning on going to my mom’s house, but it’s up in the air)
Wednesday: Eat Out- It’s my son’s birthday- his choice
Thursday: New years dinner party at my friend’s house
Friday: My son’s Birthday party during the day, leftovers at night!
Saturday: Soup- chicken with noodles for the kids, Butternut Squash(freezer meal) soup for mom and dad.
