Here is some of the yummy goodies I made with Thanksgiving leftovers. I know some people have ham and turkey on Christmas so here are some ideas to use with your leftovers!
Recipe #1: Hawaiian Pizza
Ingredients:
Cut pineapple ( you can use canned or fresh)
Leftover ham
Tomato Sauce
Pizza crust ( I like to keep ready made crusts in the freezer for just the occasion)
Assemble, and cook pizza crust according to directions! Easy, breezy, yummy!
Recipe #2: BBQ Turkey and Goat Cheese Pizza
Ingredients:
Leftover Turkey marinaded in BBQ sauce
Crumbled goat cheese
Tomato sauce
Pizza crust
Assemble, and cook pizza crust according to directions! Easy and super, super, yummy!
Recipe #3: Ham and Broccoli Quiche
Ingredients:
refrigerated pie crust, softened as directed on box
1 1/2 cups cubed cooked ham
1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese ( I used a variety of cheese that I had leftover from a cheese platter)
1 cup frozen broccoli florets, thawed, well drained on paper towel ( I actually used broccoli from the veggie platter and just cooked it!)
4 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dry ground mustard
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Place pie crust in 9-inch glass pie pan as directed on box for One-Crust Filled Pie.
- Layer ham, cheese and broccoli in crust-lined pan. In medium bowl, beat eggs and milk with fork. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour over broccoli.
- Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
So, much better when you use a variety of cheeses! Big fans here of this dish!

The quiche looks really good and I have all the ingredients. A question though–does quiche freeze well? Because DH likes quiche ok, but he probably won’t want it for more than one meal in a given amount of time.
Yes, quiche freezes really well. I usually make two at a time. We eat one and then I freeze the other. I love it because it can breakfast or lunch, well in my case dinner sometimes!
Let me know if you make it and if you enjoyed it!
Thanks I made it for lunch today. We had a friend over too, so there are maybe 2 pieces left.
DH said it was some of the best quiche he’s had. I only did just a little over a cup of ham and I had a leftover baked potato I cut up in put in there Also, I used almost a cup of mozzarella and the rest was colby jack. I didn’t have swiss.
Thanks for the recipe.
I made a mistake with the egg mixture though. I scrambled the 4 eggs with the salt and pepper and poured it on without the milk! So I poured about half the milk on, then I added another egg to the rest of the milk and poured the rest on. I was afraid it would be runny because of that, but it turned out alright.
