Savannah Sunrise is a feel good movie about relationships, more specifically the one between a mother and daughter-in-law and the lessons we can learn from each other. I love reviewing movies like this one. Here is a bit about it!
About Savannah Sunrise:
Shawnee Smith and Pamela Reed lead an all-star cast in this humorous and heartwarming story of a workaholic mom and her family oriented mother-in-law who are thrown together on a disaster-prone road trip that turns into a life lesson for both.
Take a look:
Honestly, I love movies like this that reflect real life. Here you have a main character that is making a huge life change and moving into an adult community. She is learning how to live, how to move on, and how to make the best of any situation. In the process she teaches her daughter-in-law how to slow down and enjoy the joys that life has to offer. I feel as if movies like this are needed now more than ever. In our society that values being busy and running we have lost touch with the gifts that life has offer when things are slow and we are living in the moment. This movie made me laugh, think, and celebrate my own kind of crazy. It’s family approved so you can view it as a family and not worry about language etc. A fun movie to watch that will leave you feeling good. ( …..and hopefully thinking about your life.)
