Alright, so I’m back with my weekly meal plan. This has really been helping me save money and time. On Sunday I do a quick scan of my pantry and try to brainstorm some ideas, then I take a look at the sale flyer at my local grocery store to see what kind of meals I can put together on the cheap. So far the family has been really happy about it. I feel as if not only are my meals cheaper, but healthier as well. I don’t get stressed out over what to make for my family.

Mon: Shrimp stir fry
Tues: Dairy Free Stuffed Shells
Wed: Tilapia W/ Veggies
Thurs: Rice Stuffed Peppers.
Fri: Homemade Pizzas
I’ll post recipes in a folder system soon, but truth be told I fly by the seat of pants in the kitchen when not following a recipe!
