I got a little lost in life yesterday and forgot to post. So, since I’m already 2 days behind I figured I would catch everybody up in one post.
DAY 4:
I’m feeling thinner today, my tummy isn’t so pouchy. Let’s weigh in-1 pound lost. Huh, I thought it would be more, but I’ll take it. I did the entire workout today and I was able to add reps to certain exercises. I feel as if I did better today because I only did the cardio portion yesterday. I’m still not really following the diet, but staying with whole foods. (In case you don’t know a whole food is a food that is not processed, it is in it’s own form.)
DAY 5:
Okay, so I’m still at 1 pound lost, I need more to continue so I pulled out the measuring tape. I lost a half inch off my waist, a half inch off my hips, a half inch off my thighs, and a half inch off my chest (oops on that one) This is why I say take measurements. When you exercise, you change your body and well, weight is just a number. This is why I felt thinner and was able to slip my pants on without significant weight loss.
I did just cardio today.
DAY 6: What a bust- now you know why I forgot to post. It was chaos! I ate! I drank! I was at a kids party, my husband was home and we all went out to dinner! So there. I’m back tomorrow I swear.
