Well, let me tell you, I made some breakfast this morning. I made Apple Cinnamon Pancakes using NECTRESSE™Sweetener . IT's new sweetener on the market from the maker of Splenda. Nectresse is 100% natural, nothing artifical here at all. It's made from monk fruit extract and has no calories. I used it in this recipe as well as a sweetener in tea. You honestly can't tell the difference. See what celebrity Lisa Ling has to say about it:
Nectresse is availble at grocery stores everywhere. I've seen it on the shelves and was curious about it. My son truly loved it in his tea. I loved it in these pancakes and since it's apple season this makes a nice hot low calorie breakfast. Pardonmy photo, but I'm not an expert pancake maker. They tasted great though.
