The big hit at my last ladies night was the Blow Pop Martini! I don’t even want to tell you how many pitchers of these we went through! It’s been long over due, but here is the recipe. Enjoy and remember to drink responsibly.
The Blow Pop Martini
This makes a pitcher:
2/3 cup lemonade (Thawed and strained to remove solids) (I kept an extra can thawed in my fridge, just a tip if you are having several guests)
1 1/3 cup water
1 1/2 cup Bubble Gum Vodka ( I went to several stores before this was located. However, my local store told me the next time I needed it or anything they else they could order it for me and have it in a week.)
4 TBS sour apple, Watermelon or Berry Pucker. ( I used Watermelon)
Shake it or stir and voila! Add a real Blow Pop for a fun treat. Just something you need to be aware of: The color is very bland. You need to add just a dash of food coloring to achieve a variety of colors. I used the watermelon pucker and pink lemonade and it didn’t look pink at all. The nice part is by adding food coloring you can offer guests a variety of colors. I did pink because I was doing them in pitchers. I’m a pink girl! On a side note, the pops themselves also add color to the drinks. Just something to be mindful of when mixing! Enjoy!
