Do you sort your laundry by color? Have you ever had your colors run? I believe in only washing only a full large load of laundry. So, I rarely sort by color. I live on the edge like that! I have though had it backfire in my face and have ruined a few items due to color bleeding accidents. While Purex No Sort for Colors Detergent can’t perform miracles it can help trap loose dyes so they don’t settle into other fabrics. New items such as jeans or items with lots of dye should still be separated for the first washes before using Purex No Sort.
Now, it’s a bit difficult to review a product like this unless you have an item available that you know is going to bleed or stain and wash it with another item. I wasn’t ready to do that myself. I have done several loads of non-sorted laundry with my Purex No Sort for Colors and I’ve been satisfied. It delivers the same great clean clothes as Purex brand always has for me. I do feel a bit better about not sorting now.
Have you tried it yet? Do you want to? I have two coupons to giveaway to 2 lucky readers!
The Giveaway:
2 lucky winners will each win 1 coupon for a free bottle of Purex No Sort for Colors Detergent. Giveaway is US only and ends on May 2, 2014. Please wait for the form to load and good luck!

Other than people leaving tissues in their pockets, Ihave been lucky, years, (eons) ago hubby was helping wash and we did end up with our share of pink underclothes from being washed with red towels, but he learned the importance of separating laundry and still helps wash clothes

I washed a new burgundy skirt with other colors and the color bleed through and messed up some of the other clothes. It made my son’s underwear pink and he asked me what happened to his underwear:)

I shrank a few sweaters that didn’t belong to me once.

My most memorable one involved a bottle of nail polish and a load of whites. Now you know that bottle of nail polish wasn’t white, right? It was a beautiful, bright purple. I didn’t find it until after it exploded in the dryer. When my daughter had the nerve to be pissed at me that I ruined her white shorts (her nail polish, not mine) I instituted a new law in my house. Anything found in pockets or in the laundry becomes mine. No fights, no exceptions. I found money, cell phones, and a few other gems before they figured out that I meant business. It didn’t take long til it got to the point that I didn’t have to keep checking pockets, lol

My son has a red Elmo shirt that notoriously stains anything light colored in the load a nice pink hue. I also have a couple of pairs of new jeans that will leave blue marks on some items.
