* I received the free product to help facilitate my post. All thoughts are my own. I am a big fan of Udi’s products!*
Summertime is here and that means barbeques, picnics and so much more. Udi’s Gluten-Free sent me everything I need to keep me and my gluten-free friends happy during the Summer. The big hit for my family was Udi’s Hamburger Buns. My husband couldn’t even believe that they were gluten-free. The kids also ate them up like no tomorrow. I preferred the soft white sandwich bread. Udi’s breads are great for sandwiches, french toast and grilled cheese. I keep mine in the freezer so I always have it available and it won’t go bad. There are no preservatives in Udi’s products so they should be refrigerated or kept frozen. The tortillas are better heated as the directions explain. When I served them cold they were crumbly and fell apart on my soft tacos. That taught me to read the directions!
The Udi’s Hot Dog buns weren’t a hit like the hamburger buns with my family, although it’s a nice option to have when you are having a BBQ. They were too bready for a hot dog bun for my liking. The dessert options by Udi’s though never fail to disappoint! I shared some of my goodies at a recent ladies night and the chocolate chip cookies won hands down. I myself favored the brownie bites. I didn’t share the Snickerdoodles because my kids can’t get enough of them. My sister even bought my son a case, yes a case, of Udi’s Snickerdoodles for Christmas this year. That’s how much he loves them. Udi’s Gluten Free muffins tried all of the flavors! I couldn’t even tell you which is my favorite because we loved them all. The kids like them warmed up and enjoy the rich cake like texture. Even if you are not Gluten-Free it’s easy to pick up a package of Udi’s and have it as an options for your guests. Trust me they will thank you for it.
My favorite Udi’s product for all year around, but especially for Summertime grilling is their pizza crusts! I made two pizzas on the grill this weekend and you get my recipe and tips on grilling your pizzas. Visit my post Udi’s Gluten-Free Pizza on the Grill for more information. Gluten-Free doesn’t mean your food has to be boring. Thanks Udi’s for sharing your great products with my family and my readers.

I’ve always thought eating gluten free would be tough. These companies and brands make it a whole lot easier.

I love your gluten-free posts! Although I have to only eat whole grain carbs, I do appreciate recipe posts and product information. It really helps because I do hope my gestational diabetes goes away and want to continue to maintain a healthy eating lifestyle that still allows me to enjoy things I love (right now, not so much!).

We have recently gone gluten-free because of my daughter’s wheat allergies – we haven’t tried Udi’s pizza crust, but it looks like we should!

That pizza looks delicious! We are slowly transitioning to a gluten-free diet and having a hard time finding foods the kids will eat.

These pizza crustas are greta for the kids, they also make ready made pizzas, but I like the crusts to make my own. Their cookies and mussins are great so the kids might enjoy those options as well.

They are in the freezer section because they contain no preservatives. A good brand to try.

not so fan of gluten free food but for health, it is wise to eat them.

Honestly, I’ve tried some bad gluten-free items. Udi’s is my favorite. Their desserts are yum, but theses pizza crusts are my favorite!
