While personally I would disappear if I lost 20 pounds in 28 days I was interested in the science behind the diet, the recipes and how to incorporate “fast metabolism” into my way of eating. I have been doing a workout program for over a month now and have been following a clean eating plan. I have lost 7 pounds and 10 inches. My Review:
I knew I wanted this book for a good reason. While I was interested in maintaining my weight loss I also wanted to learn about healthy ways to eat. I got more than that here. The writing is wonderful and educational. This isn’t just a diet book. It is a lifestyle changing book. The information that Haylie Pomroy brings to the table is something that is easy to use. She breaks down the science behind metabolism and food in an easy to read way. If you haven’t been eating healthy and don’t know where to begin look no further. The answers are here, plus I downloaded the Fast Metabolism App which has made planning my meals so much easier. In order to be successful you need to plan. The book has maps of the 4 weeks to help you do that as well as the app. So, even if aren’t a planner the work is done for you. I had a hard time starting, but there is also a “Super-Simple” diet option and that helped me get on board. As a person that has tried several diets this by far is the best plan to make a huge difference in your lifestyle. It’s not just a diet. I believe in this program so much that I’ve shared it with friends and several are on board to begin their journey to lose weight and get healthy.
