Is there really a product that can touch-up roots in 10 minutes? I’m not so sure. I just tried Root Touch-Up from Clairol and here is the real truth. Yes, It did help blend my roots and color, but no it didn’t do everything the package said it would do. The product claims 100% gray coverage and from having been someone who colors their own hair I have still yet to find a product that does just that. No, not all my grays were covered, but the color I chose did blend into my roots and haircolor. It looks natural and not like I need a hair dye. Was I happy? Well, for a product that last up to 3 weeks I’d say I’m satisfied. I don’t look like I “need” to get my hair colored. I would however say that if you are looking for permanent color or full coverage at the root area this might not be for you. Might I suggest keeping a box around in case you need a touch up and don’t have time for a full dye? I would!
