Well, I love supporting other moms and I love arts and crafts so I couldn’t wait to get my hands on these books. Here is what the kids and I thought:
Review:
In Rubber Band Mania, Amanda takes through more than 40 projects that defy the simple bracelet and ring rubber band crafts. All types and sizes of rubber bands are addressed in this book. I love that I can just grab a bunch of rubber bands out of my kitchen drawer and have something to do with my boys. I also like that this book features many activities to do with all those tiny rubber bands that all the kids seem to have around. The perfect companion to ignite a possible lost interest in bands.
In Duct Tape Mania, Amanda once again brings you over 40 projects, games, and activities using duct tape. we just bought a couple of rolls because my son wants to make a book jacket or tablet case. hey, maybe both! One of my favorite parts about these books is that they are perfect to keep around for snow days, vacations, and anytime your kids say, “I’m bored.” Another plus is that they also spark kids to create an opportunity to come up with their own ideas. As a mom, I’m all about helping my kids be creative and resourceful. These two books are a welcome addition to any library.

THe Duct Tape Mania one, I have a preteen granddaughter who has used duct tape to make trinket boxes, belts, bracelets and other items and this would give her a lot of new ideas, but another loves the rubber bands bracelets, so it would be hard to choose,
