My Thoughts:

This collagen building product is said to help support healthy hair, skin, and nails. As I have gotten older I’ve noticed that my hair is thinner and my skin can look dull at times. My biggest problem is my hair. When I asked my stylist what I could do she told me to look into biotin and collagen building supplements. So, I was excited when I found mykind Organics Plant Collagen Builder.

Here are some specifics:

  • 2,500mg Whole Food Biotin from Organic Sesbania
  • 10mg Whole Food Silica from Organic Bamboo
  • Antioxidants from Organic Pomegranate, Turmeric, Amla, Green & Rooibos Tea
  • Made from over 30 Certified USDA Organic Whole Foods from Organic Farms

It’s also gluten-free which is a big plus in my book as well. When you take a supplement such as this one it can take some time before you see or feel any results. I’ve been taking it for a couple of weeks and feel like my hair looks better. I’m not sure how to describe it, but I’d say softer, maybe healthier. As far as adding it to my diet, it was easy. I take two with my breakfast every morning. If I forget I take them at lunch. The tablets are on the large size, but slide down the throat easily. I’m not someone who takes swallows pills well, but these were a breeze. There is also no after taste. I haven’t had any issues taking these supplements. I plan on continuing as I believe I am seeing results and the product is clean.

    This seems like a great idea! I am all for looking healthy, as well as feeling healthy. I turned 31 this year and am starting to realize I need a game plan to stay looking young-ish for a while longer 🙂
