Have you been looking for a styler to give you fantastic kinky curls? This time I’m reviewing the Lee Stafford CHoPstick Styler. A clip-less, lightweight, hot styler to use at home.

The Review:
The Lee Stafford CHoPstick Styler is lightweight and easy to pack if you need while traveling. It does get hot very quickly. I suggest using a heat protection spray on your hair before styling. I tried it without the spray and it was a bit too hot for hair. My hair is normally very dry so the extra protection is needed for my hair. I didn’t use the heat protective glove because I found that I was a bit clumsy with it. In all honesty I am not skilled when it comes to styling my own hair. I think I would rock this on someone else’s head!
You need to make sure that you have no tangles or knots in your hair to get perfect curls. While I was wrapping my hair around the barrel, I found that sometimes I twisted my hair. That is not the best thing to do, but I made it work. It was difficult for me switching from one hand to the other, but I think I did a fairly good job.
I was surprised at home much volume the curls added to my hair. This is quite different from other stylers that I have used. It was fast, simple, and you can go back and get the ends if you need. This is the perfect tool for quick touch ups as well. I wish I had a little girls just to curl her hair! The curls are also long-lasting. I needed to wash my hair to completely lose the look of curls.
Here is my look! This is the second time I use it. The first time I brushed my hair out and well, that just wasn’t the look for me. This time I left the curls alone and just added some gel to the curls. I think I might actually get the hang of this styler! I have been #ChopSticked !
