Fat Blasting with a fast speed cable jump rope? Well, I’m going to find out. Here is what I can tell you. My girlfriend started jumping jump in her kitchen in the mornings while her kids ate breakfast. It was fast, easy and you control the intensity. She started with just 15 minutes. Her weight loss has been amazing. So, I want to give it a try. I’m sure I can find 15 minutes a day. Maybe even while watching my favorite show. I’ll keep you posted.

It’s perfect for double and triple unders for your workout! The cable is 10 feet long and can be adjusted so people of different heights can use it. Just tighten the screws and you are set. Is it just you? Then cut the rope and make the needed adjustments. This is one of my favorite features besides the weight. My Jump Rope also came with a card that explains “how to adjust your jump rope.” Perfect.
