Speed Jump Rope #Review #jumpropecrossfit

Speed Rope

Fat Blasting with a fast speed cable jump rope? Well, I’m going to find out. Here is what I can tell you. My girlfriend started jumping jump in her kitchen in the mornings while her kids ate breakfast. It was fast, easy and you control the intensity. She started with just 15 minutes. Her weight loss has been amazing. So, I want to give it a try. I’m sure I can find 15 minutes a day. Maybe even while watching my favorite show. I’ll keep you posted.

Speed Jump Rope

The jump rope I owned was old and made out of actual rope. So, why not upgrade?

Benefits of using a Speed Jump Rope:

– Short intense Jump Rope circuits are an effective way to burn both during and POST WORKOUT
– Just 10 mins of jump roping can provide the same calorie burn as 30 mins of slow cardio

– Perfect for beginners, WOD’s, Cross Fitness Training, Boxing, MMA Training and Much More!

-A great way to improve on your cardiovascular health

– Not just for physical endurance, but mental as well.

The Review:

I love that this rope is light and compact. It comes with this cute little bag that you can just tuck it into and carry it wherever you go. The smallest piece of workout equipment ever! It also comes with a limited lifetime manufacturer guarantee. The Jump Rope comes with metal ball bearings instead of plastic ones. This allows the rope to turn faster and last longer. It’s perfect for double and triple unders for your workout! The cable is 10 feet long and can be adjusted so people of different heights can use it. Just tighten the screws and you are set. Is it just you? Then cut the rope and make the needed adjustments. This is one of my favorite features besides the weight. My Jump Rope also came with a card that explains “how to adjust your jump rope.” Perfect.

I’ll keep you posted on my new jump rope fat blasting adventure! Any tips?

This is a very nice jump rope. I use to jump rope years ago, but I have stopped. My sister jumps rope for her healthy and she would like one of these for her Birthday. This is a good idea to get her one of these, and that it has a nice bag to keep it in.

Nice Rope! This company really went above and beyond with the Design. It kinda looks like it would be dangerous if it accidentally hit somebody while jumping

My trainer gave me a jump rope workout a few years back. I need to find it and start back with this.

Jumping rope is such a great workout, especially when you have small kids and can’t leave the house (that was my problem for a while when my kiddos were tiny.) I loved letting them play in the yard while I jumped rope. You can’t beat it for great exercise!
