It seems as if it wasn’t that long ago that I interviewed the cast and crew from The Longest Ride, and now the film is available for purchase on Blu-ray, DVD and Digital HD. I couldn’t wait to get my copy and snuggle up with the husband for a date night. As a parent date night doesn’t always mean a night out on the town. It’s just not possible all the time. So the husband and I set our boys up either in their room or downstairs and we get to sip some wine and watch a movie together. ALONE!
As far as romance goes, no one does it better than Nicholas Sparks. The Longest Ride is sure to be a classic. It covers the romance between two couples during two different time periods. It’s easy to fall in love with all of these characters and root for them as they make sacrifices for love.

I love date nights that are at home with treats that we don’t normally let the kids have! I haven’t heard of this movie but I just added it to my Redbox list for our own movie date night.
I love Nicholas Sparks books and have no doubt I’ll completely enjoy this movie! I think it would be a great date night movie!
